Return and Exchange Policy

Having issues with your order? We would be happy to exchange your SIN Beachwear for a different size or style! We offer exchanges on most orders that have sizing issues so that our customers can enjoy the perfect fit. 

All exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. This exchange policy does not apply to used Swimwear where sanitary stickers have been removed or the product has been used.

Please refer to our size guides if you are unsure of your size. 

Orders are fulfilled for shipment within 24 hours of being placed and cannot be changed after this time. Cancellations can only be offered within 24 hours under the condition that the order has not been fulfilled.

Please do not send your exchange back to our distribution facility.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We will endevour to get your exchanged product to you as quickly as we can. 


Refunds 

You have a specific time frame of 30 days to return faulty goods and receive a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Once we have received your items we will issue the refund providing they meet the above criteria. It will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days depending on your bank.
